Reviews and Ratings
The disabled facility room was comfortable but could do with a little updating. The shower pressure was quite slow. However, upon entering the room, it stunk of mold and an unpleasant smell. The location was very convenient but away from the town center. The service was professional, although there was a need for improvement in the dining options.
The hotel may be a bit dated, but it provides clean and comfortable rooms despite being next to a busy road. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent for exploring the Yorkshire moors and Middlesbrough, albeit on a dual carriageway. The dining area, while small, offers some delicious dishes. Overall, a cozy spot with some minor drawbacks.
I was quite disappointed with my stay at the hotel. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were in dire need of renovation and definitely not worth the high price they charged. The location was convenient but being right next to a busy dual carriageway was a major downside.
